“I haven't picked up my vehicle yet. However, the young man in the office was nice. Kim was also nice. Kim came out and explained what could possibly be wrong and the time frame of the repair. I felt good about the first impression. I added a couple of other repairs. They found my struts were leaking and suggested they be replaced. I definitely was not prepared for all that needed and what I wanted to be repaired/replaced, but happy to be getting it done. I am hopeful in Faith Auto being my go-to repair shop. 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽”
